We are a team of professional network engineers, formed in 2024 when a fiber access-network engineering firm and a cloud & data-center infrastructure team merged. Today we are building symmetric fiber for Utah and running enterprise private cloud across the United States — from our home base in West Jordan, Utah.

Our story

Quantum Leap Telecom began in 2024 as the merger of two engineering companies. One designed and built fiber access networks — outside plant, splicing, passive optical networks and last-mile architecture. The other designed, deployed and operated cloud and data-center infrastructure — virtualization, storage and the IP networks that tie it all together.

Both teams kept meeting the same customers: organizations that needed fast, honest connectivity and a trustworthy place to run their workloads close to it. Combining forces let us own the entire path — from the fiber at your wall to the private cloud your applications run on — and be accountable for every hop in between.

We are headquartered in West Jordan, Utah, where our network engineers, NOC and field crews work side by side. Our operating company, QUANTUM LEAP TELECOM LLC, was registered with the State of Utah on September 25, 2026.

Network Engineering

Designs and runs the IP/MPLS backbone that links our Utah access network with every cloud region, and engineers the XGS-PON access layer that will reach each home.
